Kay Prothro has worked in the human potential and human development business for 35 years.
As a Menninger–trained psychotherapist in private practice in New York City, Ms. Prothro specializes in Adult Development. She has spearheaded many innovative health programs nationally for groups, families, couples, and individuals.
As a personal coach, Ms. Prothro specializes in wellness of mind–body–spirit and healthy conscious living. Her primary areas of focus include interpersonal and family relationships, life–challenging illnesses, grief counseling, aging, life transitions, and stress management.
She has studied at the Institute for Life Coach Training and the Blanton–Peal Graduate Institute. Ms. Prothro works from a Transpersonal and Cognitive–Behavioral perspective.
